What is Castor Oil?

It is a thick and high-density oil that is extracted from castor beans. In India, the castor beans are known as “Arand ka Beej”.

The castor is originally from East Africa. Now India is the prime producer of castor beans and supplies to the world intones. The castor beans belong to the Ricinus communis species which is known for multiple treatments of ailments/diseases.

Its leaf, root, and oil are used broadly in skin and hair treatment, inflammation, and fungal infection. It has the laxative property so gives good results in curing constipation and hemorrhoids also.

Castor oil is very beneficial in joint pain, arthritis, and inflammation. Its anti-inflammatory property is considered very suitable in joint pain. It is most useful in swelling of nerves and stretching of muscles. If you mix some amount of currant seeds in this oil and massage it, then you get instant relief.

Castor Oil for Hair

It is very good for hair and we must use it to make our hair shiny, improve thickness, and moisturize the scalp for a longer period. We know the castor oil is enriched with Omega 6 essential fatty acids, other minerals, and Vitamin E, and these are purely required to nourish hair follicles. Castor oil has humectants property which promotes the retention of moisture level.

How to use it?

What you can do is, take one teaspoon castor oil and one teaspoon olive oil. Mix both and put on the heat for 2-3 minutes so that they easily get mixed up optimally. Once the temperature gets down to lukewarm condition. Now you can dip your fingers into the oil and massage slowly to your scalp.

By applying to the scalp, leave it over the night and wash your hair the next morning with a mild shampoo.

It will improve the moisture level of the roots of the hair and give strength to the hair follicles. If you use it regularly the problem of hair loss will become very minimal and the thickness of hair gets visible to you.

Castor Oil is good for Anti-aging

It is very obvious that as we grow old our skin leaves the tightness and wrinkles get visible which is a normal phenomenon. We do take care of our skin while eating healthy diets and doing exercises, but generally, we do not give proper attention to maintaining it. But, it can be corrected and we can look young till a later age if we use castor oil regularly. The castor oil contains Ricinoleic acid (A monounsaturated fatty acid), which has great moisturizing properties like anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory. They help to fight free radicals and may slow the aging process once you start using them.

How to use it

You simply take ½ teaspoon of castor oil and put it on your palm. Now pour your fingers in oil and slowly massage while circular revolving on the face and also do the same process on your forehead. No need to worry as castor oil is a bit thick and greasy by nature, so it will not affect your skin.

It is a good moisturizer. You can apply this process at the night before going to bed. Leave it for the whole night to absolve in the skin layer. The next morning you just simply wash your face with slight lukewarm water or simply plain water depending on your choice. You will see amazing results from day one.

The presence of Vitamin E makes your skin anti-aging and optimally tightens the skin layer.

Castor Oil for Acne, scars, fungal infection, skin tags, moles, and warts As we know this oil has anti-inflammatory properties and is enriched with ant-oxidants and other minerals that help the skin to fight with seasonal changes, remove free radicals, and moisturize the skin layer for a long period.

How to use it?
